Terms of Use

1. Agreement and eligibility

By using AFT you agree to these Terms and referenced policies. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to agree; a parent or guardian must authorize use where applicable.

2. Service

AFT provides collection, catalog, identification, statistics, customization, optional gallery, Store Workspace, and related features. Market information may include new-item retailer offers from Rakuten, active secondhand asking prices from eBay, and other dealer observations. These observations are not completed-sale records, appraisals, authenticity determinations, guaranteed resale values, or purchasing advice. Catalog, price, availability, release, currency conversion, and identification information may be incomplete, delayed, estimated, duplicated, stale, or wrong; confirm material decisions with the retailer, manufacturer, or another appropriate source.

3. Accounts and security

Provide accurate information, protect your device/session, and notify us of unauthorized access. You may not transfer accounts, evade restrictions, impersonate others, automate abusive requests, reverse engineer protected service components, or interfere with security.

4. User content

You retain ownership and copyright in content you submit. You grant AFT a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, reproduce, resize, crop, add visible AFT service branding or watermarks, display, and distribute reviewed copies only as needed to operate, secure, moderate, and improve the selected features. When your collector profile is discoverable, AFT may associate your current public username with an approved community photo as contributor attribution. This license does not transfer your copyright to AFT. You represent that you have the necessary rights and that content does not violate law, privacy, intellectual property, or these Terms. Users may not scrape, download, repost, sell, or reuse another contributor’s photo outside AFT’s ordinary sharing features without the copyright owner’s permission.

5. Public galleries and community content

Publishing a gallery, creating a Figure Feed post or comment, or submitting a photo for community review is optional and makes approved or selected material public to anyone with access to the applicable feature or link. Feed posts use either a selected visible figure image or one or more photos you intentionally choose, plus your public profile identity and optional caption. Comments use your public profile identity and may be screened by automated rules, machine-learning moderation, and authorized human review before or after publication. Publishing a gallery also makes its collector profile discoverable to other signed-in collectors, including through collector search and figure-ownership results, and allows collectors to like eligible public figures or feed posts. Received-like totals, per-figure likes, post-like counts, and comment counts may be public; liked-figure, saved-post, and saved-recommendation lists are private to the collector. There is no separate control to hide a collector profile while its gallery remains published. Unpublishing removes the profile and its posts from discovery after applicable caches expire, but it does not withdraw or delete an approved community photo; that photo remains available without username attribution. AFT may review, reject, remove, or restrict content and accounts for safety, rights, fraud, or policy reasons. Reporting does not guarantee removal. Repeated or severe violations may result in suspension.

6. Subscriptions

AFT Pro purchases, renewals, trials, cancellation, and refunds are administered by Apple or Google under the terms shown at purchase and the applicable platform rules. Deleting AFT does not necessarily cancel a subscription.

AFT Pro includes unlimited scans for personal use. Scanning requires an internet connection and is subject to service availability, available capacity, and fair-use rate limits.

7. Acceptable use

Do not submit illegal, infringing, deceptive, abusive, hateful, threatening, explicit, privacy-invasive, malicious, or unrelated content; scrape or overload the service; evade limits; introduce malware; manipulate ratings; or use AFT to facilitate prohibited transactions.

8. Store Workspace

Store Workspace is available only by request and AFT administrator approval, including for Free and Pro users. A request does not guarantee access. AFT may approve, deny, limit, suspend, or revoke workspace access to protect the service, address risk, enforce these Terms, or comply with law. Retailers are responsible for authorized staff access, the accuracy and lawful handling of customer, supplier, inventory, transaction, tax, receipt, and business records, and any legal duties that apply to their operations. AFT is a workspace tool and is not the retailer, merchant of record, accountant, tax adviser, or guarantor of a transaction.

9. Third-party services

AFT may rely on app stores, identity providers, cloud infrastructure, catalog sources, analytics, and image-processing services. Rakuten retailer information and eBay active-listing information remain third-party content and may change or disappear. A live Rakuten marketplace image is loaded from the provider URL, attributed to Rakuten Web Services, and linked to the relevant listing; it is not an AFT-owned catalog image and may not be extracted or reused outside the ordinary app experience. Marketplace links may include attribution or affiliate parameters. Third-party terms and privacy policies apply when you open their services. Links and third-party information are provided for convenience and are not endorsements, guarantees, or warranties.

10. Push notifications

Push notifications are optional and require device permission. You can choose categories in AFT and control banners and sounds in device settings. Delivery may be delayed or unavailable. Recommendations, preorder notices, and price alerts may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be confirmed with the retailer or manufacturer.

11. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AFT is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, merchantability, fitness, or noninfringement. AFT is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. Any mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

12. Changes, termination, contact

We may change or discontinue features and update these Terms with appropriate notice. You may stop using AFT; we may restrict use for risk, law, or violations. Sections intended by nature to survive will survive. Questions: support@animefiguretracker.com.
