1. Agreement and eligibility
By using AFT you agree to these Terms and referenced policies. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to agree; a parent or guardian must authorize use where applicable.
2. Service
AFT provides collection, catalog, identification, statistics, customization, optional gallery, and related features. Catalog, price, release, and identification information may be incomplete, delayed, estimated, or wrong and is not financial, appraisal, authentication, or purchasing advice.
3. Accounts and security
Provide accurate information, protect your device/session, and notify us of unauthorized access. You may not transfer accounts, evade restrictions, impersonate others, automate abusive requests, reverse engineer protected service components, or interfere with security.
4. User content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant AFT a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, reproduce, adapt for formatting, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, secure, moderate, and improve the selected features. You represent that you have the necessary rights and that content does not violate law, privacy, intellectual property, or these Terms.
5. Public galleries and community content
Publishing is optional and makes selected material public to anyone with access to the link. AFT may review, reject, remove, or restrict content and accounts for safety, rights, fraud, or policy reasons. Reporting does not guarantee removal. Repeated or severe violations may result in suspension.
6. Subscriptions
AFT Pro purchases, renewals, trials, cancellation, and refunds are administered by Apple or Google under the terms shown at purchase and the applicable platform rules. Deleting AFT does not necessarily cancel a subscription.
7. Acceptable use
Do not submit illegal, infringing, deceptive, abusive, hateful, threatening, explicit, privacy-invasive, malicious, or unrelated content; scrape or overload the service; evade limits; introduce malware; manipulate ratings; or use AFT to facilitate prohibited transactions.
8. Third-party services
AFT may rely on app stores, identity providers, cloud infrastructure, catalog sources, analytics, and image-processing services. Their terms apply to their services. Links and third-party information are provided for convenience and are not endorsements or guarantees.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AFT is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, merchantability, fitness, or noninfringement. AFT is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. Any mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
10. Changes, termination, contact
We may change or discontinue features and update these Terms with appropriate notice. You may stop using AFT; we may restrict use for risk, law, or violations. Sections intended by nature to survive will survive. Questions: support@animefiguretracker.com.
