Delete your AFT
online account.
You can delete a Showcase Gallery account inside Anime Figure Tracker or request deletion without reinstalling the app.
Delete it in the app
Open Shelf, choose Share collection, open Customize, then choose Delete account. Confirm the deletion when prompted. This unpublishes the gallery and removes the associated online account.
Request deletion from the web
Email support@animefiguretracker.com from the address connected to your request. Include your public gallery link or gallery handle if available. We may ask you to verify control of the account or gallery before processing the request, but never send a password, sign-in code, payment information, or identity document by email.
What deletion covers
Deletion removes or de-identifies the gallery account, active sessions, public gallery, gallery settings, and gallery photos stored by AFT. Collection records and photos stored only on your device are not sent to AFT and must be removed from the device separately. A private Google Drive backup remains in your Google Account until you remove it through Google’s controls.
What may be retained
Limited security, fraud-prevention, moderation, support, transaction, or legal-compliance records may be retained when necessary and then removed or de-identified under AFT’s retention practices. Community catalog-photo submissions and reports are handled under the Terms, Community Guidelines, and Privacy Policy; tell support if your request also concerns one of those submissions.
Subscriptions are separate
Deleting an account or uninstalling AFT does not cancel AFT Pro. Cancel an Android subscription in Google Play or an Apple subscription in your Apple Account before its next renewal.
