Use the deletion control in AFT, or contact support from the web. You can also request deletion of specific online data while keeping your account.
Delete it in the app
On Android, open Profile, tap Settings, then open Support & Account. Under Account, tap Delete Account.
On iPhone or iPad, open Profile, tap Settings, then open Support & Account. Under Account, tap Delete Account. The option appears when you are signed in. Confirm the prompts to delete your online account and unpublish your gallery.
Request deletion from the web
Email support@animefiguretracker.com from the address connected to your request. Include your public gallery link or gallery handle if available. We may ask you to verify control of the account or gallery before processing the request, but never send a password, sign-in code, payment information, or identity document by email.
Delete specific data without deleting your account
Email support@animefiguretracker.com and identify the online data you want removed, such as a public gallery or gallery photo, collector profile or avatar, community-photo submission, report, push-notification preferences, optional analytics snapshot, or Store Mode workspace record. Include the relevant username, gallery link, submission, or record reference when available. We may ask you to verify control of the affected account or workspace. We delete or de-identify the requested data unless retention is necessary for security, fraud prevention, an active business record, legal compliance, or another exception described below.
What deletion covers
Deletion removes or de-identifies the gallery account, active sessions, public gallery, gallery settings, and gallery photos stored by AFT. Collection records and photos stored only on your device are not sent to AFT and must be removed from the device separately. A private Google Drive backup remains in your Google Account until you remove it through Google’s controls.
What may be retained
Limited security, fraud-prevention, moderation, support, transaction, or legal-compliance records may be retained when necessary and then removed or de-identified under AFT’s retention practices. Community catalog-photo submissions and reports are handled under the Terms, Community Guidelines, and Privacy Policy; tell support if your request also concerns one of those submissions.
Subscriptions are separate
Deleting an account or uninstalling AFT does not cancel AFT Pro. Cancel an Android subscription in Google Play or an Apple subscription in your Apple Account before its next renewal.
