Email support@animefiguretracker.com with: your signature; identification of the copyrighted work; exact AFT URL and material; contact information; a good-faith statement; and a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you are authorized.
Counter-notices
A removed contributor may provide a signature, identification of removed material/location, a good-faith statement under penalty of perjury, contact information, and consent to appropriate jurisdiction/service. AFT may restore material as permitted by law.
Repeat infringement
AFT may terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. Fraudulent notices can create liability. The production policy must list AFT's registered DMCA agent after the required U.S. Copyright Office designation is completed.
